DASH SSAI Update

• Ensure manual InStream ads will not be processed when they are inserted with the exact same timestamp as a SCTE break in the source stream. As always the SCTE break takes precedence to any manual inserts and this release specifically addresses a manifest writing issue when they had the same start time in a DASH stream.

Encoder Update

• Detect init files that get created with an incorrect mehd box during encoding. The presence of this extra box occurs very rarely but can cause crashes in certain players. This fix also guards generally against any corrupted init files in the FMP4 encode pipeline.

DASH SSAI Update

• Handle out of sync trick play adaptation sets when creating new periods for ad breaks. Sometimes a source packager trick play lags behind the video and audio streams causing timing calculations to change and be incorrect over time. This change ensures such divergence will not result in inconsistent manifest rendering.
